Settings - Account.

Ownership of an account can be transferred from the Account Owner to another user.
To transfer ownership:
- As an Account Owner user, click Transfer Ownership from the Account card on the Settings tab.
- Search for, and select a user, click Submit and confirm.

An advisor is an external HR consultant that can be invited to an account. This allows the advisor to access user records, make corrections and provide recommendations.

- As an Account Owner user, select Manage Advisors from the Account card on the Settings tab.
- Click New Advisor, enter the advisor email address and click Submit.
- The advisor will receive an invition to the account.

Advisors can be deleted when access to an account is no longer required.
- As an Account Owner user, select Manage Advisors from the Account card on the Settings tab.
- Select an advisor from the table, click Delete and confirm.

Invited advisors have 24 hours to complete registration, invitations can be sent again if they expire.
- As an Account Owner user, select Manage Advisors from the Account card on the Settings tab.
- Select an advisor in pending status from the table, and click Resend Invitation.

If you have sadly chosen to leave PolarHR, your account can be deleted.
Confirming deletion means all data associated with the account is permanently deleted and this action cannot be undone.
To delete an account:
- As an Account Owner user, select Delete Account from the Account card on the Settings tab.
- Enter permanently delete into the text field and click Delete.
